Are people born wicked, or do they have wickedness thrust upon them? That’s the question in this look at the lives of the witches of Oz – Glinda the Good, and Elphaba, better known as the Wicked Witch of the West
Read through the complete synopsis.

I don’t have the lyrics for this show yet, but I’ll get them up as soon as I can!

Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West is just one of the books Gregory Maguire has written that look at a well-known fairy tale in a new light. How did the Wicked Witch become “wicked”? Read a bit about the novel, or read more about the development of the musical.

The cast recording is not available yet, but will be released in December, so I will add my thoughts here as soon as I get it! In the meantime, you can listen to a clip from the cast’s performance on the Letterman show.

I’ve been interested in this show since the first time I heard about it, so as soon as it made it to Broadway, I had to go see it! I was prepared to try for the lottery 4 different times if it came to that, but luckily I got a ticket the first try! Read more about that experience.

There are very few shows that have two such strong parts for women, and the whole cast of this show is great! Read a bit more about some of my favourites.

Once you’re done looking around here, check out some of the other Wicked sites that are out there.
