Die unstillbare Gier – Tanz der Vampire

Steve Barton Steve Barton. I’d only ever really heard him as Raoul before this show, so Krolock was a bit of a revelation! He is really, really wonderful, and powerful, and sexy, and everything that Krolock should be! I wish I’d had a chance to see him on stage in the role, but the recording is a great indication of what it must have been like! Read more about Steve Barton at the Steve Barton Society.
Aris Sas. I actually don’t really like the role of Alfred, but when you put that aside, I do like Aris Sas as Alfred. 🙂 He manages to bring out the good parts of Alfred’s character, but doesn’t shy away from the less admirable qualities. I had heard rumours he might do the role on Broadway, and was sort of hoping it was true, but it didn’t work out that way. To learn more, visit the First Unofficial Aris Sas Homepage. Aris Sas
Cornelia Zenz Cornelia Zenz. For such a pivotal character, Sarah doesn’t actually sing a lot. But Cornelia has a great voice, and it’s easy to see why both Alfred and von Krolock would find her appealing! Read an interview with her here.
