In a way, it’s someone else’s story
I don’t see myself as taking part at all

Picture of the day:
What do you think? Do you like it black?
So I’m thinking of dying my hair again. I’ve wanted to go blonde for a while, but I think I’ve finally accepted it just wouldn’t go with my colouring. I tried red once, but it didn’t stay. But I’ve also gone black before, and I kind of liked it, though it stayed far too long. I’m taking opinions, if you have one you’d like to share. 🙂
In case you haven’t seen it already, go visit Melanie’s page…she just changed the format, and it looks fabulous. Yay for Melanie! 🙂
Just a total random comment…my mom and I decided to see last night if we could name all 50 states (we did it separately, to see who’d do better.) Turns out I could name 48 of them…I forgot Nebraska and Maryland. (I’m surprised I forgot Maryland…”there’s a place called Maryland, I’ve seen it on the map!”) But overall I was pretty impressed with that. I don’t think I’m ready to be an American yet though. 🙂
I think I’m going to Edmonton tomorrow, or at least to Lloyd. I need to get out of Provost. Obviously, if I spent my Friday night seeing how many states I could name. 🙂 Also, anything that could possibly go wrong with planning my life for next month, has gone wrong, and I just want to take my mind off things for a while. And, my computer still hasn’t arrived (if you remember me ranting about it a few entries ago). Customs claims they mailed it to me…Canada Post says they have no record of it. I want my computer. And more than that, I want the pictures and clothes and other memorablia that are in the box with it! I’m losing my patience.
I’m sitting here with Bravo on the TV, and they just played some strange Sarah Brightman video that I’ve never heard of before. Must be off her new CD. She looks like she’s lost a lot of weight though…good for her! I was going to go see her when she was in NYC, at a CD signing at Barnes & Noble, but I was just too darn lazy. 🙂
Am I the only one who didn’t know whether it was Richard Rodgers or Oscar Hammerstein who was the composer of the pair? I just never though about it before. They’re just a pair. 🙂
Well, I’m being quite random tonight, aren’t I? There are always a million things that happen that I think, “I should put in my journal”, and then when it comes time for me to sit down and write these entries, they’re all forgotten. I will really try to make the next one more interesting, I promise. 🙂
