Okay, I’ve spent a day thinking about it, and I’m not really any closer to making a decision. So Zorana has suggested I put it to a vote. 🙂 Let me know what you think. There’s a couple things to consider: first, if Jesper isn’t going to be doing the Elisabeth performances, then St. Gallen will be my only chance to see him on this trip. However, the Atlantis concert is a one-night-only thing, whereas I can go skiing in Switzerland some other time. Costs are pretty much the same either way, so that doesn’t help. Hmmmmmmmm. There is a large pimple growing on my forehead. I am not surprised – since I might have the chance to talk to some cool people this weekend, why shouldn’t I have some sort of facial deformation? But honestly, I’m 24, I thought I would be over this by now! When am I going to stop breaking out? It’s not fair. Elvis Stojko has announced that he is returning to competitive skating. I think I speak for the great majority of skating fans when I say – WHY? Sorry, but after watching him for more than 10 years, I am not all that thrilled about the idea of him taking Jeff Buttle’s spot for worlds (although we can all hope that Jeff will beat Emanuel!). At least we won’t have to hear Rod Black gush over him, that’s some consolation. |
