Flieh, und du wirst frei sein

Decisions, decisions!

Well, there’s nothing like having two things that you’d really like to see scheduled on the exact same day to make you examine your priorities!

Should I:

(a) go to Copenhagen, Denmark for the Atlantis 10th anniversary concert; or

(b) go to St. Gallen, Switzerland to see Jesper Tydén in Miss Saigon

There are many reasons I would like to do both. For beginners:

Copenhagen

  • Cool sightseeing in Denmark
  • Seeing Atlantis
  • Going to an anniversary concert!
  • Visiting Malmö, Sweden
  • Meeting Janne from Norway and Karin from Sweden

St. Gallen

  • Cool sightseeing in Switzerland
  • Seeing Jesper
  • Seeing the revised version of Miss Saigon
  • Going skiing in the Alps
  • Meeting Lucia from Switzerland

*sigh* I really don’t know what to choose! I’m also concerned that Jesper will be in St. Gallen on October 18, doing the 2:30 show – does that mean he won’t be in Vienna for the evening performance of Elisabeth the night before?

I went to the pet store in the mall by work today. I had stopped going in there, because it depressed me too much, but I just started again recently. Well, today there were two little kittens, couldn’t be much more than a month old. One was sleeping, but the other one came over to see me when I knelt down by the cage, so I stuck my fingers through to rub him. He just loved it, flopping all over the place. Then when I went to leave, he kept sticking his paw through the bars and trying to squeeze his head out to come with me. It was the saddest thing EVER. I’m not going any more.

Am I the only one who would like to see Tom Cavanagh in Urinetown?
