Alice Ripley. I had heard her sing before, in Sunset Boulevard, but I didn’t get a very good idea of her voice until hearing her in this show. She was really wonderful! I’ve since heard her in other things as well, but I still think I enjoy hearing her sing this music the most. For more, visit the Official Alice Ripley Page |
Emily Skinner. I thought she and Alice together made this show so wonderful…I thought it was very appropriate that they were nominated together for the Best Actress Tony, because I can’t imagine one being there without the other. I really enjoy her performance as well, obviously, and I hope to see a lot more of her soon. Check out the Unofficial Emily Skinner Site. |

Hugh Panaro. I had some friends who liked him before this show, so I was already a little biased, but I did really enjoy him as well. I’ve since seen him in Phantom, and I think he has a really lovely voice. You can find out much more at Hugh Panaro Online. |
Norm Lewis. He breaks my heart in “You Should Be Loved”. That’s about all there is to say. 🙂 He’s just wonderful in the whole show, and in other things as well. Check out his bio at Broadway Stars to learn more. | ![]() |
