The Animated Movie
I’ve only seen this movie once, and it was a long time ago, AND it was in French, so I don’t really remember all that much of it. But I’ll try to put up a few thoughts anyway!
This was part of a series my host family rented, which also included a half-hour version of Les Miserables…try figuring that one out. 🙂 Anyway, I watched with great interest, and was both impressed and disappointed. There were the seemingly obligatory insane scenes, and in the end it was more of a horror story than anything else. However, being targeted at a younger audience, there was more of a focus on the love story than I had been expecting, and that made me happy!
I’ll try to get my hands on this again sometime soon, preferably in English this time, and add some more thoughts on it then!
