Michael Ball. He is my favourite part of the whole Tenth Anniversary Concert. He is the definitive Marius in my eyes. It is amazing to me how much he can act with his voice. And that voice… 🙂 Please visit my Michael page, which has links to other great sites. |

Rich Affannato. I saw him as Marius in Vancouver, and he was one of my favourite parts of the show!! I know I just said Michael was the definitive Marius, but Rich really, really impressed me! Oh, and in case you’re wondering why I don’t have his playbill picture here…he scribbled all over my copy of it. 🙂 He did have an official site, but it seems to be down at the moment…I’ll put the link back up if it resurfaces. |
Doug LaBrecque. Okay, I admit it. I never saw him in this show. But I KNOW he would have been amazing!! 🙂 He was in the ensemble of the First National Touring Company, and sometimes performed the role of Marius. For more information about him, please visit my Official Doug LaBrecque site. |

Tim Howar. Alright, it looks like I’m becoming a Marius fan, doesn’t it?? But Tim really is wonderful. His interpretation of Marius is the sweetest thing ever, and he’s such a wonderful actor. I think I might still have to be loyal to Michael here, but Tim’s a close second for my favourite Marius. Visit the Official Tim Howar Website for more! |
Regan Thiel. I never had a favourite Cosette, and never thought I would, until I saw Regan play the part! She gives the character a bit of spirit and life, and you almost found yourself rooting for her, which is definitely a first for me! I’ve seen her in a few other productions now, and she’s just a great talent! |
