My Eyes Adored You – Jersey Boys

John Lloyd Young. Although I didn’t see his performance on stage, his Frankie on the cast recording is fantastic. There are times when you really could believe it’s Frankie Valli you’re listening to, and not John Lloyd Young. Plus, you know, he won the Tony, so he couldn’t have been that bad. 😉 For much more, please visit John Lloyd Young Online.
Christian Hoff. Tommy can be a difficult character to play, as he’s controlling of the group, law-breaking and getting the others into trouble. Still, played right, he can also be a charmer and have a real magnetism. Christian definitely played him right, as the Tony will attest. To learn more about him, take a trip to Christian Hoff’s Website.
Ryan Molloy. Ryan is the one I did see on stage as Frankie, and he’s got a great voice. He also did a great job with the dramatic parts of the role, particularly as Frankie “grows up” and becomes more independent within the group. Ryan Molloy.com has much more!
Glenn Carter. I was excited to see Glenn in this show since he had been such a great Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar, and Tommy is about as far as you can get from Jesus! This just proves how versatile an actor he is, because his Tommy was wonderful – an interesting and compelling character that you kept rooting for even when he was doing wrong. The Glenn Carter Official Website can give you all the info you need!
