There are actually four different books of music available for this show: one from the concept album, one from the complete recording, one from the Broadway version and a “World of Jekyll & Hyde” book, which features several songs not in the Broadway version. Only the last two are still in print, but I only own the complete recording one. :-). I purchased this one over the Broadway one because I wanted to have songs like “I Need to Know” and “Alive”. The arrangements are pretty good and piano-friendly, and not too difficult. If and when I get the Broadway version, I will add some more comparisons here. 🙂 |
