New Broadway Cast Recording. This is a recording of the 1992 New York revival of the show, starring Peter Gallagher, Nathan Lane, Josie de Guzman and Faith Prince. As you might guess just from those names, the cast is stellar, down to the very last. The orchestrations sound fabulous, and all the musical segments are included. I can’t imagine the show sounding much better – which is probably why I’ve never bothered to buy another recording! |
