Based on the comic strip by Charles Schultz

To get an even better idea of how the show works, browse through the complete libretto.

“Peanuts”, the comic strip about Charlie Brown and his friends, is the mostly widely-read syndicated comic strip in history. Read a little more about the comic.

I haven’t stopped kicking myself for years now that I didn’t go see the show on Broadway in 1999. But I did still get to see the show anyway, when it played in Toronto in the fall of 2000.

With a cast of only six characters, and the fact that the audience is already familiar with the characters, the actors have a really difficult challenge! Read a bit more about some of my favourite performers that have been in this show.
