Anthony Rapp. Mark in the original Broadway cast, Anthony had a lot to do with my initial love for the show, and especially for the songs "Halloween" and "What You Own". Adam Pascal. He's Roger on the OBC, and one of the main reasons I fell in love with "One Song Glory". Though obviously not a classically trained singer, his voice suits the character of Roger perfectly. I've also enjoyed him in other things since! Visit his official site.

Chad Richardson. He was Mark in the Toronto cast, and he had a lot to live up to in my eyes. However, I really enjoyed his performance. He had a great voice, and he acted the part really well, especially considering that he hasn't really done this kind of things before! For more about him, you can visit The Chad Richardson Pages.

Saskia Garel. She was actually the Mimi understudy, but I thought she was wonderful!! She really managed to capture Mimi's innocence underneath all the other stuff. And she could really sing as well! :-) She's had a chance to shine in some larger roles since then, and I'm sure there will be many more to come. To learn more, check out A Splash of Sas.

Danny Blanco. He played Collins in the Toronto production, and was responsible for moving me to tears more than once. He was just a fabulous actor. You can find out a little bit more about him at this Rent page.

Jai Rodriguez. He had a lot to do with making me cry as well. :-) He and Danny played off each other perfectly, and the whole sequence in the second act where Angel gets more and more sick was done perfectly. Damian Perkins. I really didn't expect to come out of the show liking Benny! :-) But Damian was fabulous. He made Benny as revolting as he needs to be, but he also showed glimpses of the guy he must have once been. And he definitely had one of the best voices in the show! Gilles Chiasson. His solo on "Will I" just absolutely blows me away. And I'm sure he made a fabulous Mark and/or Roger too! He really just has a great voice, and is a wonderful actor as well. To find out more, visit For the Honor of Your Name.
